Welcome to the Connecticut Overlook Homeowners’ Association Website. We are a drug-free community and strive to make this a wholesome, clean environment in which to raise families and children. We strive to be good neighbors and actively participate in our community.
The Connecticut Overlook Homeowners’ Association has served our community for 25 years stressing home ownership. Homeownership is the key to healthy, vibrant neighborhoods. Increasing homeownership levels and overall investment is vital to the stabilization and revitalization of The Connecticut Overlook neighborhood.
In addition, Connecticut Overlook HOA has recognized the importance of building and strengthening the social fabric of our neighborhood by organizing neighbors in the area and advocated for them when issues of importance has arisen. We continue to work to actively revitalize the area on multiple fronts.
So take a walk around the neighborhood that so many have called “home” for almost three decades, and you can see our efforts, both past and present, that continue to have a positive impact on our
community.
